The Person

Nicolas_Barro_Portrait_190px.jpgHow difficult it is to talk about oneself. Since there are no official qualifications for my profession, no degree programs, and official teaching materials remain a pipe dream, there was and still is no alternative but to try it myself.

And that suited me quite well. That’s how I’ve always done things. Jumping in myself, trying, assessing, and moving forward.

I’ve tried a lot. Also many things that, today, after having tried them, I wouldn’t attempt again. I’ve delved into all sorts of topics—sometimes for years—formed an opinion, and then moved on from them.

I see myself as a traveler and learner, gladly absorbing new things and trying to implement them. For me, stagnation is regression, and the hunger for the new is always present.

My current approach to work is heavily influenced by this attitude; the experiences and experiments of my life are indispensable for many of the views I hold today. When Dr. Hamer, for example, started increasingly placing political and ideological topics at the forefront around 2002, I already knew it was nonsense—because I had identified with those things myself for years. When he declared himself a candidate for an imaginary presidency, I already knew it was nonsense—I know these things.

At the same time, I understand all those people who see hope or possibilities in these ideas and can only advise: Look at them, ask yourself what they are about, and make your judgment.

I am an absolute advocate of "trying it yourself" because I don’t want to risk relying on incomplete or incorrect opinions.

Nicolas_Barro_Marokko.jpgAnd that, I think, characterizes me and has shaped me to this day. Even the things I neither support nor approve of today, and even view as youthful rebellions, have brought about learning and development steps, so that despite their absurdity, they have brought some late benefit.

I can only recommend dealing with the five biological laws in the same way. Observe them, try them out, evaluate them, and, if necessary, leave them alone. The risk of being wrong in my opinion or assessment is far too great for me to give any kind of recommendation.

For those who are not used to or do not want to take such a self-responsible approach, who prefer to rely on the opinions of others—I cannot help them in that sense—because that’s something I know nothing about. I can only provide a guide for cautious experimentation; the evaluation and subsequent steps must be decided by each individual.

Trying things yourself is exhausting and takes time. But it’s worth it. Because it can mean the decisive difference between certainty and belief.
