Please use the "Forgot Password"-Function next to the Login Form. You will receive a E-Mail with a Link to reset your password. I do not have access to your password, as it is encrypted in the database.

If you try to log into your account multiple times with a wrong password, the system will automatically block your IP for five minutes. This is a security feature to block malicious attackers who try to guess the passwords of users (Brute force attack).

Please check if you have actually purchased a webinar or product. You should automatically receive an E-Mail with further information. If you have not received an E-Mail, maybe there was a spelling mistake in your E-Mail. In this case, you need to go through with the ordering process again.

After this, submit the Order Form:

All your purchases that are not live-events are available in the Media Library in your user profile. You will not receive a separate E-Mail after the original Order Confirmation. 

Currently, we offer these payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (USD, EUR, CHF)
• Bitcoin (BTC, Lightning)

Other payment methods might be added over time.

Just go through the booking process again and choose the method of your preference. After that, submit the Order Form to inform us about cancelling the failed Order:

If the Bitcoin Payments are not available or failing, please consider using Bank Transfer. The transfer might not be as quick as BTC.

You should automatically receive an E-Mail with the receipt. If you did not recieve it, there might be a spelling mistake in the E-Mail that you have used on the Order.

You will also find the receipts in your User Account.

For the Webinars, we try to not have recurring topics to quickly. If you have missed a topic, you might be able to join the next occurence, just follow the upcoming events list.
