Experience shows, that dogmatic inflexibility about a concept or theorey very often does not serve a lot. Using and combining different elements builds up a repertoire of tools which can be utilized as needed.
Similiar as every person adapts clothing to weather, concepts and theories can be adapted to the situation one is facing.
Discovered by MD Hamer in 1981, the first law of nature (historically called "Iron rule of cancer", a description which view from today, is false) was the first step in understanding the organism as intelligently functioning and self-adapting, but very often facing limits when confronting our modern day culture with all its restrictions and lack of flexibility. Basically, the first law of nature describes the "WHY" of any change within the organism, which is not the result of injury or similar.
The second, third and fourth laws of nature are a very technical definition of the "HOW" of these changes, which implies the possibilities of clinical and therapeutical interventions, excluding the concepts of "good / bad medicine" and understand that any therapeutic instrument, be in "alternative" or "conventional" can be used, when we understand its proper application, logically explained by the second, third and fourth law of nature.
Finally, the fifth law of nature, technically not a "law of nature", is a synopsis of what Hamer has found, explaining, that the psycho-physiological changes Hamer has discovered, are no accidental or unwanted change in organism, but a try of adaptation to a experienced situation which is very often not sufficient and thus - creates its own dangers.
The controversity about the person Hamer, his personal points of view, be it political or ideological, does not touch in any way the discoveries he has actually made. For this reason, his personal experience and the implications he made from it, cannot be taken to account for understanding or applying the five laws of nature in pragmatical, useful and responsible manner. Nontheless, for honoring his effort in defining the laws we use, a brief review of his biography is approbate.
Born in 1935, Hamer has started medical studies at an early age. In 1978, after about 20 years as a physician, the family Hamer faced a horrible incident: Dirk Hamer, eldest son of the family was shot and heavily wounded in a private dispute in Italy. After three months of struggle, he died in Heidelberg, Germany.
After some months of his death, MD Hamer himself was diagnosed a testicular cancer which was surgically removed. After reconvalescence, Hamer formed the hypothesis that the impact of facing the death of his own son could be in some connection to his own illness. After questioning 200 women with same pathologies his idea had been confirmed. They all had similar traumatic experiences in similar timeframes before the disease.
In 1981, Hamer wrote down his thesis, hoping that the University of Tübingen would prove and habilitate him. After this did not happen even when i was not proven false, he began a legal battle to gain access to research and development for enlarging practical medical knowledge.
Very soon after this disappointment, Hamer began adapting ideas of conspiracy theories and very soon ended up propagating the idea of a religious world conspiracy, including freemasons and jews, expelling himself from rational dispute.

The first law of nature defines:
First criteria: Every change in organism is being triggered by a biological conflict, which is a acute-dramatic, isolative and unexpected emotional experience.
Second criteria: At the moment of the biological conflict, the conflictual content defines which are in the brain will be triggered and simultaneously, which organ or physiologic function will be altered.
Third criteria: From the beginning of the biological conflict, the changes in psyche, brain and organ are always synchronous. From the conflict, throughout the conflict active phase (CA), the conflict solution (CL), the parts of the reparation phase (PCLA, EC, PCLB) until return to normotonic tonus, the three levels behave simultaneously.

In other words, the first law of nature defines that, in opposition to the idea of psychosomatic, the psyche has never been the origin of what we call disease, but only a collaborating levels and basically - the same thing as the neurons, neuropeptides, transmitters, hormones and the brain and organism itself. Psyche-Brain-Organ are one thing.
Hamer defines some emotional criteria that lead to perception of what is called a "biological conflict":
1. acute: Meaning - in short time. The perception is a high-intensity, short-time incident
2. dramatic: Meaning - the perception is emotionally dramatic to the person. This implies the very important fact of "knowing nothing about the other", because in fact, we cannot know, which experiences are, on a personal, intimate level, being perceived as dangerous and dramatic.
3. isolate: Meaning - the perception which is triggering the biological conflict is a factum from which, at the precise moment of its creation, the person is convinced that no other person could understand. For this - one feels "alone with it".
4. unexpected: Meaning - the one perception that triggers the biological conflict is the one thing that I have not foreseen or thought about. This implies the "shock".
According to this definition, the biological conflict is a thing we experience very often - and yet, we are not sick very often. This is being explained in the second law of nature.
But what we can already see:
The biological conflict is a intimate, personal experience the person has. Shocking and isolating at the same time, the biological conflict is a emotional experience we want to solve or forget as quickly as possible. And in fact, these are the two usual ways to deal with it.
The biological conflict is, at the precise moment of its perception, the result of everything the person believes that is important or necessary, yet the contradiction to all acceptable alternatives in that moment. This is the conflicting element - the situation which is triggering the biological conflict is "unbearable".
At that point we need to distinguish between "SITUATION" and "INTERPRETATION" - the biological conflict is a personal, subjective interpretation. In the same situation which can be conflictual and perceived as dramatic for me - another person might just not react - because his/her personal, predefined criteria do not feel the same as i do. For that, the perception of the biological conflict is always "true" for the person who perceived it.
Second Law of Nature:
From Activation to regeneration
When talking about treatment, counseling or coaching, in the end, it is always about communication, be it in verbal or non-verbal form. For that reason, when working with the five laws of nature, where the emotions and biological perception is being seen as the origin of change, it is indisposable to gain some knowledge and skills in communication, just to rest assure that the message expressed actually arrives as wished.
Experience shows that there is no "correct form", and there are no acutal rules of how communication properly works. In fact, most of our lives, we communicate on experimental level and very often, are disappointed and shocked of how distorted and diverse the messages we express, arrive.
Regarding the experiences of Milton Erickson, Richard Bandler, John Grinder, Virginia Satir, we understand that technically, each person has his/her own language, which the counsellor or therapist needs to learn, respect and use to provide a stable basis of communication.
This includes verbal, as well as non-verbal communication, as well as understanding systemic approaches which explain us how and why a person is able to use certain resources and some not. We need to understand, that the therapist/Coach/Counsellor can never know the "right path" for another person, but can help to guide a way by showing up obstacles and tricks of how to avoid dead ends.
